Responsible for full 360 cycle recruitment for our internal partners within the HR Operations and Operational Quality from Intake Meeting to Initiating Onboarding • Supporting corporate recruitment efforts during Revera transaction ensuring transition of LTC homes on a corporate standpoint were fulfilled within HR Operations and Operations Quality • Overseeing between 30-50 active openings at time partnering with multiple hiring manager along with leadership team within the community as well as TA ensuring effective and efficient prioritization of all vacancies• Expeditated recruitment process to ensure candidates were engaged/ presented in a timely manner within a job seekers market• Responsible for arranging interviews with hiring manager as well as following up and helping complete references and preparing offer letters• Assisted with selection of candidate’s suitability of experience along with company culture • Organized and Ran Indeed Hiring Event for HR Operations Team for Multiple Vacancy Opportunity within organization which resulted in 10 new hires • Assisted in training and onboarding new recruiters for Extendicare• Responsible for providing recruitment advice to our LTC Homes • Acting as a brand ambassador that promoting the Extendicare brand• Helped develop “Recruitment Playbook” full cycle recruitment process improvement for Corporate and LTC as well as presented to various hiring managers and leadership staff help integrate the upgraded process and eliminate any gaps/ discrepancies within TA/ Recruitment processes• Taking part in improving Onboarding and Engagement by implementing various methods including sending corporate swag to the new hire • Implementing posters created by marketing team of current openings and employee referral program to share on job boards and sharing within our office and LTC homes as well in print
