Ltd, I am dedicated to enhancing organizational performance by fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.My journey in HR began at SK Wheels as an HR Executive, where I laid the foundation for my career by honing my skills in onboarding and talent management. From there, I continued to grow, taking on roles of increasing responsibility at Hexaware Technologies, Greenpoint Global, and RA-TECH ENGINEERING, where I served as an Assistant Manager-HR. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of HR practices and strategies, which I apply daily to drive positive change within organizations.My key strengths lie in onboarding, talent management and employee lifecycle management, areas I have consistently excelled in throughout my career.
