Responsible for delivering critical positions and achieve maximum closure to submittal ratio through due diligence and understanding specific needs of clients and project objectives. Conduct thorough candidate screenings for candidate’s qualifications, ensuring best qualified candidates are submitted for consideration Interact on daily/weekly basis with the clients for discussing project requirements, priorities, traction, interviews, closures etc. Work closely with Client hiring managers to understand the priority requirements and future projects for building strong relationships and pipeline which leads more business. Work closely with internal team to ensure resume submissions/delivery on the client requirements (jobs) by ensuring quality, quantity and timely delivery of the resumes on the jobs received from the clients Responsible for managing client escalations & team management. Work closely with client to ensure they are satisfied with the services and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants to build a professional work Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
