   A wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), MHIRJ is an aviation services company headquartered just outside of Montreal, Canada with sites in Toronto, AZ, TX and WV. I work closely with our executives to align business objectives and talent needs; average ~700 hires a year (hourly & salaried roles), across the US and Canada.When hired, I established the talent acquisition function and infrastructure. This work continues and some of the highlights include: redesign hourly pay structure, opened a new MRO facility, co-led rolling out a paid-training program, established and monitor dashboards & KPIs, updated interview assessments, develop sourcing strategies for intern/hourly/salaried roles, identify & manage staffing partners and vendors, established an employee referral program and continue to design and fine tune our SOP for hiring.This is not achievable without a team! The team of 7 is split between the US & Canada, with an annual budget of over a half million.
