His education includes a Bachelors of Engineering from Vanderbilt University (2003) and an MBA from The University of Georgia (2010).Patrick’s experience includes commercial real estate, asset-backed lending, renewable energy, non-correlated strategies, negotiated arrangements, real assets, timber, infrastructure and private equity. He has created terms and structures for vintage (closed-end) funds, evergreen (open-ended) funds, special purpose feeder funds (SPEs or SPVs), 3c1s and 3c7s. His experience also includes Qualified Opportunity Zone investments, Delaware Statutory Trusts, Socially Responsible (ESG) Investing, Digital Assets and Advisory Board participation. Patrick lives in Oak Grove, Atlanta with his wife and son. He enjoys golf, hiking, reading, cooking, woodworking, landscaping and volunteering with Soccer in The Streets.
