I\'ve spent over a decade going into complex, fast-moving environments and building the operational infrastructure that makes execution possible. My background spans cybersecurity governance, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise platform delivery — but the common thread across all of it has been this: I enter environments where the frameworks don\'t exist yet, and I build them. I\'m drawn to the kind of work that starts with a blank page. Designing the governance structure, building out the intake process, creating the delivery framework, documenting the SOPs — the work that gives a team the foundation they need to actually execute at scale. Over the years I\'ve worked across some of the most complex programs in tech and professional services — leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning engineering, security, product, legal, and finance around shared delivery goals, and building reporting structures that give leadership real visibility. Lately I\'ve been really energized by working with companies that are growing fast and starting to feel the growing pains — the kind of environments where building the right systems and structure can completely change how a team operates.
