Bridging the gap between Project Management/Operations/Delivery and corporate Accounting (back office). My goal is to provide meaningful financial support so that project management & delivery is capable of making thoughtful decisions; hiring, procurements, scenario analysis, labor forecasting, project setup etc. I am a firm believer that comfortability around financials help to build a well rounded Project Manager and because of this, I create the necessary tools custom built to their need and aligned with contractual requirements. Internally, I provide corporate FP & A updates and analysis surrounding any forecast or customer driven financial changes around projects with visibility and interaction directly with the CFO. All of this is built upon a strong working relationship with Project Managers, Business Unit Directors/VPs, Contracts, HR/Recruiting and all Accounting functions (AP, AR, Billing, FP & A) since these roles are all heavily entwined with the financials.
