Traveled to many die shop in the U.S to follow up on new die build progress, Engineering Changes, Tryout, Dimensional moves and assist in any way I could by hands on or suggestions. Reported out timelines to customers, chaired conference calls both internal and external. Studied CMM reports to deem if parts were PPAP ready or if more adjustments needed and react accordingly to maintain timelines while not jeopardizing customers current production and PPAP dates. In charge of all emergency, planned and long term permanent offloads which entailed traveling to customers review dies to ensure they would fit in our press and come up with plans to retrofit all operations to fit the most efficient way to produce quality parts at an optimized SPM. Held weekly meetings on incoming offloads both internal and external with customers. Met with Plant Controller, Plant Manger, Engineering Manager and Operation Manager and reviewed all components needed to retrofit dies to our press line, quote accordingly with set up costs needed to retrofit dies and assist in all aspects needed to quote a piece price. Maintained Plant layouts in AutoCAD.
