About Patrick Hayes
I am currently a member of Fidelity\'s first Finance Rotational Program for new analysts. As one of 12 analysts I will take part in three 8-month rotations through three different business units. This program will give me the unique opportunity of experiencing many different facets of the finance function. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, in May 2023, where I developed a strong foundation in financial concepts, models, and tools. I also gained valuable hands-on experience as a Finance Intern at TraceLink and a Summer Intern at Commonwealth Financial Network, where I assisted with various financial projects and tasks. Additionally, I honed my public speaking and communication skills as a leader and speaker in several student organizations and events.
