Head of Demand Planning for Europe, Middle East and ANZ in Consumer Audio business.• Member of the Global Product Management LT, leading a diverse team of 6 SC Account Managers, based in Europe, Middle East and Australia.• Ensure an 18-24 months forecast is submitted towards Supply Chain and Logistics in accurate and timely manner, as part of the monthly IBP cycle.• Represent the Region to the monthly Executive S & OP meeting of the Business Unit for all Demand Planning relevant topics. • Closely collaborate with Sales Leads, Order Managers and Logistics Managers for the proper and undisrupted execution of the monthly plan.• Drive transformation of the IBP cycle, implementing a centralized approach of the Demand Alingment process, and sign off the next 18-24 months forecast among Demand Planning, Sales, Supply Planning and Finance.• Design and build new solutions, which enable the seamless data collection, preparation and facilitation of the Demand Alignment Meetings, which I facilitate. • Introduce a Continuous Improvement approach on monitoring the Forecast Accuracy KPI, with the implementation of a new Root-Cause Analysis tool. This is used to collect and identify the main reasons driving any errors and assign corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.• Support the team with data validation and maintenance in Kinaxis planning system where necessary.• Actively participate in Demand Planning and IBP relevant projects as SME.
