I am a licensed psychotherapist, clinical executive officer, author, and corporate consultant with a practice rooted in both individual healing and institutional impact. I hold licensure in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC, and work with high-achieving professionals, organizations, and communities who are ready to address what is quietly weighing them down.At the foundation of everything I do is the individual; the person carrying what others cannot see. I specialize in working with those navigating the cancer continuum, from diagnosis through survivorship and beyond, as well as anxiety-informed depression and cultural trauma. TLDR: I am a clinician who understands the full weight of what a person brings into the room…their history, their identity, their grief, and their resilience.Through a clinical contract with Cancer Support Community DC, I facilitate support groups for those impacted by cancer. Allowing me to create space for connection, processing, and healing among people who truly understand one another\'s journey.For over a decade I have held a clinical contract with the Fairfax County Department of Family Services, providing supportive individual counseling to community members navigating some of life\'s most challenging circumstances. This long-standing partnership reflects my commitment to showing up consistently for those who need it most, regardless of their zip code or resources.I have had the privilege of consulting and providing clinical expertise for organizations committed to equity, wellness, and community impact. Former clients include: the NAACP, Spotify, Mennonite USA, and the Greater Baltimore Urban League.These partnerships reflect my belief that mental health work doesn\'t stop at the couch or my armchair.
