As an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer with over 2.5 years of experience, I specialize in ensuring the high availability and performance of critical systems and networks. I have a strong background in troubleshooting and managing system hardware and software, with a recent focus on Network Operations.Currently, I am based in Pune, supporting the Tech Infrastructure team at Etihad Engineering, where I am a part of the Network Operations Center (NOC). My primary responsibility is to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity for business-critical operations.From December 2022 to June 2025, I was a key member of the Tech Infrastructure team for the ICICI Bank Ltd. project in Hyderabad. In this role, I focused on optimizing and maintaining critical systems to meet the business\'s evolving needs.With a strong foundation in system administration and technical support, I am passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
