Founded and scaled the core Technology group from its inception, evolving from an initial managerrole into the Head of Technology position.This growth encompassed the creation and leadership of four new, dedicated teams which I currentlylead:– Building Blocks (internal services)– Cloud Strategy & Governance– Product Security– Open Source Program Office (OSPO)While functionally independent, these four teams work towards a unified goal: helpProduct teams secure their products (ProdSec) with cloud-native support and governance (CloudStrategy & Governance), while delivering foundational services for them that must be highly reliableand secure (Building Blocks). OSPO plays the crucial role of supporting Technology and the entireorganization by maintaining the spirit of openness and collaboration that has always marked PagoPAinitiatives.In addition to that, my duty is to make sure that PagoPA Technology Standards (or choices) remainsimple, efficient, understandable, secure and non-controversial across the organization, while allow-ing the necessary freedom to foster creativity and innovation.I’m a proud supporter of PagoPA open source initiatives and technical lead of some joint researchprojects with Italian universities.
