I am a scholar, advocate, and researcher who specializes in Thai/American Studies, with a focus on gender and sexuality through performance and cultural productions. I earned my doctorate from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 2018 and have significantly contributed to Southeast Asian American Studies, particularly in understanding contemporary Thai popular culture and its intersections with Western economies of desire. Currently, I work as Senior Program Developer at the College of Professional and Continuing Education at CSULB, planning and designing new programs to meet market needs and align with industry and college\'s goals.
