Responsible for defining, developing, and executing strategies and plans to improve and maintain an EDW with 16+ terabytes. Managing a team onshore and offshore to achieve defined goals and meet expectations set with our client. Accountable for daily processing (24/7) and coordination of escalation and resolution of incidents backlog. Report to upper management on status, SLA, healthy of system, and team among other metrics. Define, scope, and manage timelines, resources, and priorities. Technically, interact with other areas such as infrastructure, DBA, and other application teams to resolve problems. Design and manage technical solutions as needed as well as consult with technical team for faster turnaround.
