Responsible for developing chemical wet-etch and clean processes for Intel’s 3nm and beyond process nodes. Working as a part of Integration focus teams and leading new chemistry development, layer qualification, defect reduction, yield improvement, and process cost reduction leveraging advanced DOE, layer characterization, innovative recipe development, and evaluation of new chemicals.Closely collaborated with equipment manufacturer Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL), to develop, install and qualify first-of-a-kind (FOAK) wet-cleans platform improving run-rate by 30% and defect by 3x - 5x. Supported high-volume-manufacturing at D1X ensuring seamless factory operation and worked with external vendors and equipment manufacturers to lower cleans related defects by 3x-5x and improve yield through equipment modification, new filter implementation, and recipe development.
