Lead and participate in defining the process, documentation, implementation, and subsequent issue resolution of the various HITRUST, SOC-2, other compliance and risk-management activities• Manage compliance staff to ensure effective completion of audit objectives• Develop robust understanding of business area risks, processes, and internal control procedures• Plan, participate, and ensure completion of the annual risk assessment processes• Prepare and complete audit programs and undertake comprehensive planning relating to each assignment to ensure that the engagement has an appropriate risk-based approach• Make oral or written presentations to management; discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action• Prepare, review, and communicate meaningful audit updates, memos, and reports• Participate in the vendor risk management process• Participate in the compliance and risk evaluation of contracts• Develop and maintain positive relationships with T Departments, compliance committees, senior management, clients and external vendors involved with the risk management programs for Milliman• Other duties as required – which may include project administration and leadership for other non-Quality, risk management objectives
