I\'m a technology leader focused on strategic deployment, responsible innovation, and enabling teams to drive meaningful customer outcomes. My career spans AI solution architecture, enterprise cloud adoption, and talent development across healthcare, enterprise software, and emerging technologies. I believe the most impactful work happens at the intersection of technical depth, strategic thinking, and empowering others to succeed.Currently, I serve as a Deployment Strategist Director for Agentic AI solutions, where I lead strategic implementations for enterprise customers as their primary executive contact and trusted adviser. I focus on solutioning, AI strategy and roadmapping, responsible AI governance, and organisational readiness. I design intelligent agent architectures that solve complex business challenges, and bridge customer insights with product development to accelerate innovation.Previously, I led Solutions Architecture for Canada Healthcare at AWS, where I help organizations adopt cloud and AI responsibly, securely, and at scale. My focus is on enabling my team of Solutions Architects to succeed by creating strategies, mechanisms, and guardrails that lead to meaningful outcomes for our customers. I also work closely with product teams to deliver the right services, ensuring field insights influence innovation.I partner with healthcare leaders to design solutions and guide AI adoption strategies that balance transformation with trust and compliance. I share thought leadership on cloud, AI, and digital healthcare, contributing to the broader conversation on how technology can advance the industry.I launched and scaled AWS Tech U in Canada, preparing new technical talent to thrive in Solutions Architecture, Training, and Professional Services. Before AWS, I built global presales enablement programs at SAP, worked hands-on with enterprise cloud solutions, and began my career in web development and Apple’s customer ecosystem. These experiences shaped my perspective on technology as both a business enabler and a platform for talent development.I am passionate about prototyping and building solutions that bridge vision with execution. My strengths are in translating complex problems into practical strategies, enabling others to grow, and helping organizations unlock innovation responsibly.
