   As the Customer Relationship (CRM) Manager at POWER PROJECTS, I serve as a dedicated point of contact between our technical training services and our clients in the Electrical and Power Systems domain. With a postgraduate background in Power System Engineering, I support client satisfaction by managing training schedules, responding to participant needs, and ensuring a smooth training experience. My role involves collecting and analyzing feedback from participants, coordinating with technical teams for software-based sessions such as ETAP, PSCAD, PSS®E, and DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and ensuring that every client receives timely updates, certificates, and ongoing support. I play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with participants and alumni by ensuring our programs meet industry standards and contribute to their growth in Power System Design and Analysis.
