ABOUT SAI BODDUPALLI

With over five years of work experience in various roles related to member experience, event management, and community engagement, I am passionate about creating and fostering meaningful connections and opportunities for diverse groups of people. As the current Program Administrator at Builders of Color Coalition, I support the mission of advancing racial equity and economic inclusion in Boston\'s commercial real estate and development industry by coordinating and executing programs, events, and communications that cultivate relationships, knowledge, and resources for people of color in the field.In my current role, I leverage my skills in networking, staff coordination, and membership recruitment to plan and deliver high-quality and impactful programs and events that showcase the talents, achievements, and perspectives of our network. I also manage our organizational communications, creating engaging and informative programs that highlight the stories, challenges, and opportunities of our network and our partners. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares a common vision of building a more equitable and inclusive commercial real estate industry.
