My practice focuses on commercial litigation, corporate advice and counsel, and white collar criminal defense. I work with businesses and individuals to resolve complex business disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. I also handle federal and state government investigations including at the MA AGO, USAO/DOJ, and the MA State Ethics Commission. Along with my practice, I was a bar advocate where I handled criminal matters as appointed counsel.I have additional experience advising and counseling closely-held businesses and executives on restrictive agreements, construction/transportation contracts and sub-contracts, cross-border transactions, and employment matters. When appropriate in the best interest of my client, I implement litigation avoidance strategies.In addition to practicing law, I enjoy speaking on a range of legal and practitioner focused topics, and being engaged with the community at-large.
