About Prabhjot Singh
Five and a half years of end-to-end product management experience with software/web technologies – customer segments, needs prioritization, launching pilots, and scaling applications. Knowledge of Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Cloud, and Microservices, helped me to partner with cross-functional teams to execute the strategic vision of the digital portfolio.My current role is aligned with developing the strategy and roadmap of the product based on the company\'s goals. I created a financial model to align with the strategy and set quarterly targets and KPIs for the team. My role here goes beyond product roadmap and design. For Instance, I co-led the system design and the database design for the new product. The challenge here is to prepare a roadmap with minimal resources as well as train them in their respective domain. The autonomy in this startup is providing me with an entrepreneurial experience, where along with the product roadmap, I also look after setting up rules and norms for the group.
