Oversee Energy Solutions\' consumer protection division for the Illinois Shines Program, ensuring the enforcement of consumer protection guidelines. Help ensure that the public has confidence in the Illinois Shines state-administered incentive program so Illinois can meet its goal of 100% clean energy by 2050. Work directly with Energy Solutions\' legal counsel, Illinois Power Agency, Illinois Commerce Commission, Illinois Attorney General\'s Office and consumer protection groups on ensuring market compliance with program guidelines. Work with Energy Solutions\' marketing staff and sector strategists to provide education to program vendors and their designees to prevent consumer protection violations.
