With over 25 years of experience of taking projects from inception through preliminary and detailed design, procurement, and implementation through into its operation and maintenance with the last 10 years being focused on contract and multidisciplinary team management across a range of frameworks and projects. Responsible for developing the business cases for resourcing and financial controls for staffing and construction activities across projects and programmes of work. Throughout my career my involvement in technology and the implementation of new systems and equipment and liaison with suppliers and clients in the specification, design, implementation, commissioning and operation. My excellent interpersonal skills allow me to bring together teams from across disciplines, clients and the public to deliver project success focused on the required outcomes. Managing multiple objectives is the strength from my background in the management of multidisciplinary teams combined with operational experience.I continue to be involved with academia on the industrial panel with Wolverhampton University recently taking on the Chair role.Recognised for a strong technical background, combined with innovative thinking and management approach.
