My career has been an 18-year journey of climbing the technology stack—starting from the hardware that powers the Internet which connects us, to the cloud that scales us, and now, the AI that defines us.I spent over a decade at Cisco, where I mastered the \"physical\" side of tech as a Datacenter Architect. While I loved the engineering, I felt a growing need to understand the \"why\" behind the \"how.\" I wanted to see how technology translated into business outcomes, so I made a deliberate pivot into the commercial side. This journey took me through Services Sales, then into shaping Product GTM for the country, and eventually into Enterprise Account Management. This shift was transformative; it taught me that the best technical solutions fail without a strong go-to-market strategy and deep customer empathy.This curiosity led me to Google Cloud, where for five years I partnered with FSI, Media, Digital Natives to navigate their digital migrations. I wasn\'t just selling \"cloud\"; I was helping traditional enterprises rethink their DNA to compete like digital natives.Today, at AWS, I’ve stepped into the most exciting layer yet: Generative AI. I am witnessing a front-row shift as companies move past the \"pilot\" phase toward becoming truly AI-First. Because I’ve navigated the entire lifecycle—from hands-on engineering to national GTM leadership—I see the specific friction points in this transition. It’s a fascinating time to be in the ecosystem: I’m helping startups use agentic AI to disrupt categories, while traditional enterprises innovate legacy products at high speed, and SaaS companies look to us to solve the \"ROI gap\" by accelerating product value.I’ve realized that a successful transformation requires more than just a good prompt. In a market moving from isolated experiments to orchestrated systems, success requires a unified data fabric and a culture of \"Verified Trust\"—ensuring AI doesn\'t just act, but acts with the accuracy and safety that enterprise-scale demands.
