Manage multiple Web / CRM projects for CGAP (World Bank) My position includes the following missions- Lead business analysis for large and complex projects that may impact multiple areas, address complex processes, involve significant process analysis and redesign, entail significant risk, and involve the integration of multiple systems- Advise on project planning as appropriate to make use of innovative techniques and technologies. Provide input on new technology evaluations that may enable business success- Provide recommendations to IT Team and internal CGAP project teams (clients) on appropriate solutions, along with guidance concerning the business implications of application development projects. Provide direct support to clients on how to optimally apply installed solutions, answering client questions and training users- Develop functional quality assurance plans and/or conduct/participate in functional testing. Develop or review test cases- Implementation of applications for CGAP sites. Review customer business requirements, recommending technological solutions that can be integrated and deployed in the environment. Identify key business processes and the technologies that support them- Participate in the development of RFIs, RFPs and procurement documentation- Provide Web production support and troubleshooting for technical issues/bugs encountered on CGAP’s Drupal sites.
