JOB DESCRIPTION• Led transition from pilot to scale phase across multiple states.• Oversee and Lead project, people, and financial management with active engagement of CCIs, CWCs, JJBs, DCPUs, District Administration, Department of Women and Child Development, OSCPCS, OSCPCR• Support creating Youth/Child Friendly Space (YFS) in CCIs• Organising ToT for CCI, DCPU and likeminded institutions with in the system through a ToT module to enhance mental health literacy• Strengthening Referral Mechanism by using different scales – Strength and Difficult Questionnaire (SDQ), Warwick-Edinburg Mental Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS) & Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)• Build partnerships, ensured stakeholder coordination, and conducted capacity building.• Contribute to research, documentation, and knowledge dissemination.• Proposal writing and advocacy for expansion of project – JAMS in Odisha and other states
