About Christopher Thomas
With over 2 decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and versatile leader in learning and development. As the Principal Advisor at Custom Teaching Solutions, I help clients design and deliver customized training solutions that enhance their performance and culture. I have also worked as a Director of Learning and Development at BurgerFi and UNO Restaurants, where I led the creation and implementation of innovative learning programs, systems, and strategies for over 300 locations. Some of my skills include training, customer service, hospitality, IT, and project management. In addition to my professional career, I am an avid skydiver and a certified coach and instructor. I have also volunteered as a community board member, state training lead, and disaster response supervisor for the American Red Cross of Massachusetts, and as an emergency medical technician. I am driven by the mission of empowering people and organizations to achieve their full potential through learning and development.
