On the other hand the increasing new responsibilities of HR Managers in a company are forcing them to restrict recruitment within a certain circular parameters. They are not having that quality time in engaging themselves to do new type of talent search.Here I saw the opportunity to make a bridge between the gap persisting between the talent pool and hiring authorities and that\'s how my first venture -\"Canoe Consulting Services\" was born.
