I am currently working as the Group Head of Human Resources (CHRO Role) at SRKay Consulting Group. At SRKAY Consulting Group. I am responsible for managing Global Human Capital and People Excellence in India and other countries like the UK, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the Philippines. As a Global HR Lead of the Company, I am responsible for doing the due diligence on the impact of ongoing Market dynamics and advising the critical actions to the stakeholders and the Group leadership. One of my critical objectives is to continuously evaluate Future-ready 4.0 Workplace trends, elevate the culture of the 4th generation entrepreneurship model, Identify and evaluate an organization\'s current and future core skills and groom people to continue to maintain the COE at par with Global standards and create effective succession planning. During my career, I have been awarded several times at the National and Global Levels, namely the \"Topmost HR Tech Leader 2022 in India\" by World HRD Congress,\"Excellence in HR 2021\" by Indian Achievers Award Forum, HR40under40••••19, Top 100 HR Minds 2017-18. In addition, I hold national level membership at NHRD, SHRM, and Harvard Business Review Group and speak publicly about human capital and HRD in various global forums.
