Checking, booking (in to SAP/Tally ERP) & settled of Travel, Conveyance, Mobile etc. bills of respective employees. Daily & weekly cash report send to HO Prepare Customer invoice from SAP. Monthly reimbursement sheet of employees prepare & send to HO for process. Different type of advance handover to employees as cash or through Bank A/c (deposit money in Bank A/c or through NEFT) Salary Sheet prepares & disbursed to technicians (outsource). Raw Material procurement for mast factory Quarterly stock verification at store. Prepare details of Monthly Tax Liability (VAT, CST & Entry Tax) for Kolkata, Patna & Bhubaneswar into SAP. And send to HO for deposit. Follow-up with HO for release VAT-CST payment. Prepare relevant document for Quarterly Return Submission.
