Spearheaded the scientific evaluation and selection of a university-wide ERP system, delivering a comprehensive analysis of cost-benefit, cloud transition readiness, and strategic negotiation points to guide a multi-crore technology investment decision. Architected and designed a groundbreaking, data-driven Faculty Performance Management System, a first-of-its-kind initiative lauded by university leadership as a cornerstone of their people excellence strategy and a major project success. Functioned as the de facto Project Management Lead for the digital stream, rescuing the engagement from initial setbacks and steering it to successful completion, earning exceptional client commendation for turning around a high-stakes project.
