   Webex Calling Admin:I currently lead several key UX and feature initiatives for Webex Calling, focusing on enhancing user workflows and improving overall usability. My work includes designing modules for provisioning users and setting up calling pipelines, streamlining the Control Hub experience, and developing an analytics framework that allows designers to easily access UI metrics. I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective UX solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.Webex Contact Center (WxCC):As part of the Webex Contact Center (WxCC) team, I worked on the Supervisor Desktop, a critical tool that empowers contact center supervisors to efficiently manage, monitor, and support agents. My role involved conducting user and market research, designing features to optimize the user experience, and performing usability testing to generate actionable insights from customer feedback. I focused on creating a seamless, centralized interface that helps supervisors oversee operations more effectively across digital communication channels.Webex Expert on Demand (XoD):I contributed to Webex Expert on Demand (XoD), an innovative solution designed to support frontline workers in industries like oil & gas and manufacturing. By leveraging augmented reality (AR) devices such as Google Glass, Realwear, and Microsoft Hololens, XoD enables workers to connect with remote experts for real-time assistance. I led UX improvements to help users adapt to monocular head-mounted devices, creating intuitive modules to enhance their experience with the XoD app. Additionally, I designed features for binocular AR devices, expanding the reach of XoD’s capabilities.
