Coordinates the planning, implementation, and monitoring of capital, facilities, and infrastructure projects within the Legislative Assembly precinct, ensuring activities align with approved project objectives, timelines, and budget parameters.* Supports Project Managers by preparing project plans, schedules, financial tracking tools, risk registers, and change management documentation.* Monitors and tracks project progress, milestones, and deliverables, identifying variances and escalating risks, issues, or resource constraints as required.* Coordinates procurement processes, including drafting statements of work, facilitating competitive processes, preparing contract documentation, and liaising with procurement and finance units to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.* Provides information and advice to internal clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders regarding project requirements, standards, timelines, and processes.* Ensures compliance with applicable legislation, building codes, safety regulations, accessibility standards, environmental requirements, and heritage conservation guidelines relevant to the Legislative Assembly precinct.* Supports financial administration by monitoring expenditures, processing invoices, validating contractor/consultant billing, and contributing to budget forecasts and variance reporting.* Facilitates stakeholder engagement by organizing meetings, coordinating site visits, preparing communication materials, and ensuring timely follow‑up on action items.* Contributes to organizational effectiveness by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, developing templates and tools, and promoting standardized project management practices.* Provides general project coordination and administrative support to the Capital Planning & Development team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
