1. Microsoft Project Server Expert

   I am currently working with the US Army as a MS Project Expert/Lead. My main duties are to develop the strategies to drive user adoption of the tool, provide expert and administrative direction and support to all teams and users of the application, this includes both Project Professional and Project Server. I also design and develop SSRS Reports that are disseminated across disparate commands to add visibility to the data and allow users in positions of authority to make valid decisions based on accurate data. I establish all processes and standards for Project Management and the tool to include writing custom work instructions (Process Documents), apply Standards and Centralized Controls, as well as setting scheduler expectations to support follow-up auditing to ensure data integrity. I have also instituted, written and personally deliver a Training Program that includes all initial training as well as implementing a bi-weekly training class available to all users of the tool. I provide presentations and demonstrations to the command executives to establish broad acceptance as directed by the Corporate Information Office within the domain. Lastly, I will lead all current and future migrations and upgrades for Project Server and Project Professional as necessary, these discussions are already underway.
