   Situation:In a dynamic SaaS environment catering to enterprise clients across EMEA and APAC, my organization was scaling delivery capabilities while managing high-value client portfolios including Audi, Uber, and Mastercard.Task:I was entrusted with leading the simultaneous execution of over five complex IT projects, each requiring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and technical precision, with a combined portfolio value exceeding $5M.Action:To meet this challenge, I directed cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers and stakeholders, implementing Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to optimize throughput and responsiveness. I established and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to align the team with delivery milestones and quality benchmarks.
