Conduct interviews, hire and preparing training plan for new technical support/IT staff Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives. Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects. Daily update of work-in-progress to client as well as to senior management and stakeholders regarding the development status. Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget.
