My JourneyBrining over 30 years of experience in healthcare, with leadership roles spanning non-profit organizations, home health care, and substance abuse programs, my tenure as the co-owner with my wife Terri and CEO of four Griswold Home Care franchise offices stands as a significant milestone. To this day, all of our offices continue to thrive under the excellent leadership team\'s guidance, delivering over hours of care annually and enabling seniors to age in place with dignity and honor. What has Shaped my Heart? My heart has been profoundly shaped by years of engaging in heartfelt encounters and life-giving, meaningful connections with individuals from diverse cultures and indigenous communities across the globe. As a registered nurse, I have also been privileged to care for people from all walks of life, especially those in need. These experiences have instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and understanding, for which I am truly grateful.
