Lead and mentor the Data Services team to drive the harnessing of data from multiple data sources to provide a view of Operational and Commercial activities at the Airport. Responsible for building, implementing and supporting BI solutions, with a primary focus on Data Warehouse design, Machine Learning and ETL. Act as a domain expert and provide input and guidance on the strategic BI platforms deployed by Edinburgh Airport. Achievements Built and documented a robust, hybrid data warehouse to allow Edinburgh airport to utilise data from disparate data sources to view commercial activity and operational data. Developed a near real time model that provided actionable insights for operational teams, driving efficiency and improving passenger experience. Set up and led a data analyst group to explain data models, improve collaboration and drive out insights from data. Led staff well-being review group to ensure problems were identified and dealt with. Deployed Python based Machine Learning program to predict Airport activity
