ABOUT VINCENT SAI
I believe universal healthcare should be built, not wished for, and I’m focused on building it. As Group CEO and Partner at Modality Partnership, I led our growth from a 25k‑patient list to a national portfolio with a reach to 12M+ people across more than 55 UK sites. As the only non‑clinical partner among 135 GPs, I focus on the workforce, commercial, digital, change, and partnership engines that future‑proof care.My background spans the NHS, Aetna, and Deloitte, with work across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. I’m an Honorary Professor of Practice at UCL GBSH and an Honorary Fellow of the RCGP, with recognition from Nuffield Trust, the King’s Fund, and the Dartmouth Institute. I’m also a parent and volunteer grassroots football coach/referee, reminders that teamwork, resilience, and values-led leadership matter most. Now, I’m focused on three things: scaling digital and population health models that measurably improve access, outcomes, and clinician experience; building high‑performing teams; and partnering with founders and system leaders to turn pilots into sustainable services at scale. If you’re working on meaningful health innovation, talent development, or system‑scale partnerships, let’s compare notes. Always open to candid conversations that lead to real-world impact:• International partnerships - Gulf, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Primary care system design, health workforce development, and operating model transfer. MOU-ready organisations preferred.• NHS system & policy - advisory, board, or inquiry roles where primary care at scale is underrepresented. I\'ll engage where I can add something the room doesn\'t already have.• Medtech & AI pilots - where the use case reduces admin burden, improves population health outcomes, or addresses access. Must be deployable in a real NHS environment.• Commercial investment & M&A - platforms and digital health infrastructure that can be piloted and scaled inside primary and community care. I need governance-readiness and a credible evidence base, not just a deck.To reach me: three lines - what you\'re building, what you need, and why now. v••••••••@modalitypartnership.com
