This institution encompasses Engineering, Polytechnic, Pharmaceutical, Allied Health Sciences, and Arts and Science colleges.In this role, I am responsible for establishing the Centre for Research, a centralized facility dedicated to developing a robust research culture, identifying key research thrust areas, fostering interdisciplinary research and innovation, establishing external collaborations, and serving as the repository of research outcomes. The Centre for Research is an autonomous entity that serves as the backbone for advancing academic research, promoting innovation, and driving strategic academic-industry collaborations.As the Director, I lead and manage all research initiatives within Paavai Institutions under the Centre\'s umbrella. This includes overseeing academic departments, the Centre of Excellence, the Innovation Centre, the Technology Business Incubator (TBI), and Ph.D. research across Engineering, Arts, and Science disciplines. My role involves strategic leadership, faculty orientation on research and publications, project oversight, the development of a robust research culture, and establishing external collaborations, including institutional networking.
