As the District Manager for Blood Collections in the Eastern North Carolina Area, I oversee donor recruitment account management teams to ensure the achievement of blood collection goals, business initiatives, and quality metrics. In this role, I use my biomedical knowledge, logistics/supply chain experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage relations to lead our team effectively. I enforce organizational policies, drive production, and process improvement in the most cost-effective manner possible, while fostering future leadership and collaboration. My operational mindset and communication skills led this team towards driving success and efficiency. I have effectively led this team to achieve President’s Club in FY23, FY24, and on target for FY25. I was selected as the Biomedical Services Employee Excellence Award winner for my daily contributions in North Carolina and as Interim District Manager for South Carolina.I provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to the Greenville, North Carolina DRD account management team.Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
