Sanjay has 27 years of experience in IT, Management Consulting and Finance Sector. For over 17 years, he has been in leadership roles. He has been working with Senior Management on strategy development and deployment through Balanced Score Card implementation and effective stakeholder management. He has helped establish governance, policy and process frameworks for all three lines of defense in organizations. Sanjay has provided independent oversight and guidance for managing business process performance, defining controls and governance framework for ensuring compliance to various policies. He has experience in setting up enterprise wide process management frameworks, fixing organization wide responsibility matrix and standards for both internal as well as external regulatory and statutory compliance requirements. He has developed several enterprise level policies, charters and terms of reference for committees and ensured deployment and adherence across business lines and leadership levels. He has worked extensively with Global Banks, MasterCard, Visa and Amex for global roll out of Corporate Card program for General Electric. He is expert in conducting risk based Business and Financial Impact Analysis of business processes. Sanjay is highly experienced in planning and executing transformational projects. He has led several transformational initiatives working with top global consulting firms. He has been driving changes across organizations/business lines by evangelizing and steering enterprise wide transformation. Sanjay’s ability to cut through complexities linked to business, processes, technology and organizational structure has helped him successfully lead many strategic projects and resolve strategically important issues. His 14 years of rich experience in technology, blended with strong functional knowledge helps him to effectively communicate and persuade people across functions and levels while solving enterprise level problems. He has successfully led organizational initiatives that impact culture and drive responsible growth. He has led deployment of Business Excellence (BE) Frameworks like EFQM and TBEM across the organization encompassing leadership, strategy, customer, products & processes and societal initiatives. Sanjay is also an avid marathon runner.
