My work profile includes basic objectives like guiding, teaching, coaching and motivating the graduate & post graduate level students\' community of the globe, especially the students\' community of India. This community is the most neglected but most innocent & powerful community of any nation. They need teaching and counselling & I enjoy teaching a lot! But apart from that what they do need is one drop of love and a gentle pat on their shoulder. My book entitled \'MY STUDENTS MY LOVE\' is about this community only. I will summarize myself as a staunch lover of students\' community and my objective is to give them the extract of my life. I involve in many subjects & specializations of Civil Engineering. I love them, because I belong to them. All my students are engraved in my heart.I have published Research Papers on various subjects. I do understand the current business needs and prepare my students accordingly.
