About Mark Beaton
My work is helping good employees become great by showing them how to be even more effective in their positions and understanding their impact on their dealership customers through their experience with them. I train by establishing both business processes and leadership. I take these individuals who are not so accomplished and those at the next level of personal and professional success.I have focused on training and management development since beginning my consulting career over 30 years ago. I was attracted to the automotive dealership service and parts industry because I have worked in dealerships. I share the knowledge and ideas I have learned with others, particularly with best practices. Since then, I have refined my training and facilitation skills while developing and delivering fixed operation classes for dealerships of major automobile manufacturers across the U.S.Passion number two has been customer service and their experience. That began over 30 years ago with the traveling I am doing. You know the success of any auto dealership is the quality of customer service and customer experience. Unfortunately, many auto dealerships profess to understand how to train their employees but do not; that is where I come in. I apply my direct training skills and real-life experiences to create daily practical, I-get-it-is training.My focus is always on the continued sharing of ideas, information, and best practices for automotive dealership fixed operations, along with excellent customer service and experience.Please come to one of my Performance Groups!
