ABOUT XUE ZHOU
I am a Professor in AI in Business Education and Dean of AI at the University of Leicester and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA), with a passion for transforming education through artificial intelligence, digital pedagogy, and inclusive innovation.My work sits at the intersection of education, business, and technology—focusing on how we can ethically and effectively integrate AI into curricula to develop future-ready graduates. I lead research and institutional projects on AI literacy, digital adoption, and pedagogic innovation, with a strong emphasis on co-creation, student engagement, and workforce preparedness.With experience in leading national and international collaborations, I have secured multiple research and practice-based grants (BAM, QAA, ALDinHE), and contributed as guest editor and associate editor in AI and education-focused journals. My teaching and leadership practice have been recognised through national awards including the BAM Education Practice Award.
