ABOUT THERESA TERRI DYER-KRAMER

At Florida State College, Jacksonville, our team has pioneered virtual exchange programs in the BSN curriculum, thanks to the IDEAS grant, expanding our educational reach. With over nine years at FSCJ, my mission has been to cultivate nursing professionals who can thrive in diverse cultural settings, a commitment reflected in the successful integration of the Global Scholars Distinction into our program.The organization values robust academic preparation, and my role as International Education Faculty Coordinator has significantly contributed to this, evidenced by the development of multiple professional development programs for faculty. Leveraging my competencies in academic leadership and deadline orientation, the journey has been both a professional and a personal enrichment, continuously fueling my passion for innovative pedagogy and international educational exchange.
