With over 28 years of global higher education experience, my mission is to transform academic institutions through visionary leadership and to empower the next generation with wisdom and compassion.I believe a university is not merely for knowledge acquisition; it is a sacred space designed to inspire wisdom and courage. As a leader navigated across the East and West, I specialize in strategic formation, institutional development, and change management that honors this mission. I champion the \"Learning Utopia\"—a philosophy embodied in my WIN Education Framework (Wisdom, Innovation, and Navigation).Throughout my career, I have held senior executive roles at prominent UK and international institutions, focusing on- Strategic Formation & Change: Leading institutional turnarounds and growth strategies at Provost and Vice President levels- Digital Campus Transformation: Driving the evolution of the digital campus, integrating AI to modernize the learning environment- Student Experience Enhancement: Designing holistic frameworks that prioritize engagement, success, and global employability- Executive Leadership: Holding senior positions at prestigious UK institutions including Newcastle, Bournemouth, Northumbria, and Plymouth Universities.I thrive in environments requiring authentic, courageous leadership to drive measurable impact. My expertise lies in navigating global education markets, bridging cultural gaps, and leading institutions through the AI-driven era.I am a recognized advocate for Women’s Leadership. I co-founded the \"Peihua Award for Excellence in Women\'s Leadership\" and collaborated with the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) to host the World Women University Presidents Forum, aligning with SDG 5 (Gender Equality).As a researcher, I focus on the Triple Helix Model of Innovation (University-Government-Industry collaboration). I have chaired 16+ international conferences, mobilizing global scholars and policy-makers to advance technology management.I am a lifelong learner, strategic thinker, and a vegan advocate for a sustainable lifestyle. In today’s challenging economic and regulatory climate, many Western Higher Education institutions are navigating significant transition. Having mastered the strengths of both worlds, I act as a strategic bridge—supporting Western HE institutions in building resilience and helping Eastern institutions achieve global distinction. I am passionate about collaborating with organizations ready to redefine the future of the global higher education landscape.
