As Visiting Professor I will be volunteering my skills, knowledge and experience to support Queen Mary University of London in their Executive Development Leadership Programme.This three-year appointment will enable me to support the Queen Mary Academy and support senior colleagues on the Leadership Programme. The programme is specifically designed for senior academic leaders, including Deans and Heads of Schools/Institutes. It comprises interactive training, workshops, and leadership development groups, delivered across four comprehensive units. Participants are encouraged to explore a range of topics and perspectives, deepening their understanding of their leadership roles and advancing their leadership journeys.
