Our proprietary and customizable platforms for Executive Protection, Crisis Response and Disaster Response and Recovery Security Officers, Agents and Surveillance Operators are rolling out nationwide. From labor disputes to tornadoes, hurricanes and earthquakes, man camps, base camp settings and strike lines - we have a solution for managing the entire risk matrix, providing highly adaptable manpower, software, GPS, video and alarm monitoring solutions anywhere in the US. I research, procure, deploy and manage all information technology (IT), digital and wireless communications systems and platforms for MIP, including TrackTik (MIP Elite), cellular service, Microsoft 365, our messaging platforms and all company devices. Manage Employee Relations, Labor Relations, managing complex investigations, addressing employee misconduct, improvement processes, providing guidance to management and discipline / separation management.
